How does billing work?
Monthly, in advance. Invoiced on the same date each month from kickoff onward.
How long is the commitment? How do I cancel?
Three months minimum at kickoff, then continues month-to-month. To cancel, email us 15 days before your next billing date. No exit fees.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers?
Upgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle and we prorate the additional visuals. Downgrades take effect after the current cycle closes.
What counts as a revision?
Any change to a delivered asset until you sign off. Unlimited at every tier. Excludes wholesale aesthetic changes after the base direction has been approved.
